MASL HONOR CODE
- I will faithfully honor all assignments given to me. After
receiving an assignment I will not "shop" around for a
""better" match. If I am asked to officiate
another match I will talk to the MASL Scheduler before agreeing to
accept a different assignment.
- I will arrive at the match site 30 minutes before scheduled start
time.
- My uniform and badge will be in good repair.
- I will submit my electronic game report with 24 hours for weekday
matches and in within 48 hours for weekend matches. Failure to
do so will result in forfeiture of the $20 game fee retained by the
MASL and I understand that I will receive no more assignments as a
center referee. I will send by US Postal Service the written
game report and any player passes retained by the referee crew
regardless of the reason to the MASL Commissioner.
- My conduct will be ethical and morally above approach.
- I will assist my fellow referees for the good of the game.
- I will be proud of my conduct and my decisions will make me feel
good.
- My calls will be fair to all concerned and will promote a win-win
relationship.
- I will not switch assignments without prior approval of the MASL
Scheduler.
- If I am no longer having fun as a referee, I will notify the MASL
Scheduler to remove me from future matches.
