- The purpose of this presentation is to introduce the membership to the
MASL Team/Player On-line Registration process.
- When this session is complete each member/team mgr should have the
necessary information to begin using this On-line Registration process.
- Since 2004, MASL has partnered with ITSportsNet to deliver the On-line
solution to the membership.
- Refer to (http://www.ITSportsNet.com) for more information
- Since 2005, MASL has partnered with National Sports Center (NSC) to
deliver the DIGITAL player card printing solution to the membership.

- Team mgr goes to MASL.org web site and clicks on “Registration” link in
navigation bar. Refer to (http://www.masl.org/registration.htm)
- Team mgr reads through MASL Registration Requirements & Costs/fees
- Towards the bottom of the MASL Registration page, team mgr clicks on
link “Register Team and Pay On-line”
- ITSportsNet web page opens for team mgr to new on-line Registration
process
- Once Team/Player & Team Roster Registration is completed on-line,
Digital Player Passes will be issued through MASL/NSC Registrar with a
scheduled appointment.
- Schedule appointments 72hrs in advance prior to going to print player
pass.

- ITMembers Area – On-line work area for team managers to register teams,
build rosters & pay league fees
- IT League Admin – League Representatives responsible for helping a team
manager complete their team/player registration through ITSportsNet.
- All on-line financial transactions using a check/cash will need final
approve/verification by MASL Treasurer (Mark Backlund) treasurer@masl.org
- All other on-line issues and/or problems will be handled by MASL Web

- Invoices are created and e-mailed for all financial transactions
on-line.
- NO CREDIT CARD #’s are ever stored or passed around by the system.
- All internet transactions via ITMembersArea are secured using 128-bit
encrypted (the same as online banking).
- All CHECK/CASH transactions via ITSportsNet require verification of
funds paid. All CREDIT CARD transactions via ITSportsNet require NO
LEAGUE ADMIN verification.
Standard VISA or MASTER CARD rules apply for all CC transactions.
- All CREDIT CARD transactions via ITSportsNet add a chargeable
$3.00/transaction.
- The MASL WILL NOT charge for the first CREDIT CARD transaction via
ITSportsNet, but WILL charge back to the particular team any
additional CREDIT CARD transactions via ITSportsNet. This will be tracked per invoice
generated and billed to each team accordingly.

- All player passes for 2005 will require a scheduled appointment with
MASL/NSC Registrar
- All Team managers will be REQUIRED to present a picture id (driver
license) & sign in before MASL/NSC Registrar issues a player card
- NO APPOINTMENT, NO PASS. NO PASS, NO PLAY
- All player passes for 2005 will REQUIRE a DIGITAL picture uploaded via
ITSportsNet software
- NSC will have the ability to take & upload pictures if 1 or 2
pictures are missing. The player needing the picture MUST accompany
the Team Mgr for this. EXPECT
DELAYS!!!
- 1ST DIGITAL Player card, per player, will be issued for FREE. Additional DIGITAL Player cards will
be charged back to the team, per player requested.
